Returns and exchange
EXCHANGES
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases within 14 days of receipt.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
STEP 1 : Please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size
STEP 2 : Using the enclosed Exchange & Returns form, indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why
STEP 3 : Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging
STEP 4 : Fill in the Return Pro-Forma Invoice, insert 3 of the 4 copies in the see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it
STEP 5 : Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with (DHL or UPS)
STEP 6 : After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely
STEP 7 : Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt - The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Marchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped (for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned for exchange from the US) – otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded
